Recently, you may have heard about a new internet security weakness, known as Heartbleed, which is impacting some websites. There is no indication that Heartbleed has been used against MSC sites,or that any personal information has ever been at risk. However, we are asking users to change their current password through the MSC Website out of an abundance of caution to ensure the protection of your information.

Express Document Delivery Express Document Delivery (EDDie) is an online facility provided by the FEMA Map Service Center for use by federal, state, and local government employees and FEMA contractors.  Log on to this website using the same user id and password as you use for the main FEMA Map Service Center website.  For help, contact MSC Customer Service at (877) 336-2627.
